As a Receptionist at Thorn Baker, you will be the first point of contact for our very busy Recruitment Head Office. This hugely important role involves supporting the sales recruitment office in handling the high levels of incoming calls and visitors on a daily basis. Rest assured you will be joining a very welcoming team who understand how valuable your role is to the daily flow of the office.

You will take full responsibility for all incoming calls, visitors and reception emails. Handling a full range of calls from candidates, clients, suppliers and colleagues from our branch network with transferring calls and accurate message taking.

At our peak times can expect up to 15 candidates/visitors in reception with a constant flow of incoming calls.

You will also take on additional responsibility from managing the meeting room's diary, adhoc admin, incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and keeping the registration documents and stationary levels topped up at all times.

It is a busy role, so you'll be kept on your toes for most of the day. Please get in touch if you have previous reception experience and you enjoy working on a busy and varied front desk reception, we also need a good level of IT skills in MS Office.
