In your first six months, you'll be part of our trail blazing GAS Academy training program (any applicant that can figure out what GAS stands for gets an instant interview), undertaking an intensive but fun schedule of learning where we will teach you not just how to be the best recruiter you can be, but how to enjoy it along the way.
You'll take over a desk that has been specifically designed for you to succeed - with a qualified client list, an established and proven candidate resourcing strategy, access to a world class application tracking and CV searching system, social media training, and a lively working environment. You'll have the full support of the manager of the EFM division with dedicated learning and support sessions, and weekly strategy meetings, and daily coaching to help you keep on the right track.
What else?
